The purpose of this session is to showcase scientific advancements in agroecology and regenerative agriculture for multifunctional landscapes. The interactive session will provide participants with state-of-the-art on agrobiodiversity, environmental health, circular bioeconomy, sustainable management, genetic conservation, and livelihoods as part of the landscapes. Agroecological principles as a means of monitoring resilient and sustainable landscapes will be introduced. The session is divided into four thematic areas which will be presented and then discussed in depth using a World Cafe.

• Theme 3: Biodiversity for resilient multifunctional landscapes
• Theme 4: Innovations in situ conservation
