The EBS Global User Support team cordially invites you to a webinar introducing the three search tools in the Enterprise Breeding System (EBS) that support the preparation of materials before creating experiments: Germplasm Search, Inventory Search, and Trait Search. These tools allow users to locate available germplasm, packages, and traits; manage search results; and create lists from the selected items.
The Enterprise Breeding System is an open-source breeding informatics software being developed for crop breeding programs serving resource-poor farmers in Africa, Asia and Latin America. EBS connects, merges and builds upon existing breeding software and data solutions to offer a single powerful tool, so that breeders can focus on using data to create better varieties, faster. Development is led by CGIAR Breeding for Tomorrow Science Program, which supports CGIAR and national agricultural research system programs to adopt the breeding workflows and data management practices required to use EBS.
The webinar is offered in two batches. Please feel free to join the session that best fits your time zone.
