Accommodation

Upon registration for AFSF 2025, delegates will receive a list of pre-selected recommended hotels near the summit venue. These hotels have been vetted for quality and convenience and are available at discounted summit rates negotiated by the organizers.

Visa Information

All delegates attending AFSF 2025 in Senegal are advised to verify visa requirements based on their nationality.

You will need to complete the online application and upload the required documents, including an invitation letter, which can be provided upon request.
 

Transport Arrangements 

To ensure smooth movement during AFSF 2025, transport will be provided for delegates staying in official hotels contracted through AGRA. This includes airport pickups and transfers to the summit venue.

Delegates in Dakar (Almadies, Corniche, and Plateau areas), Saly, and Diamniado will be shuttled via road or train and shuttles, with VIP salon cars available for high-level guests.

Additional private transport and hailing services will also be available for those not on official routes. Shuttle services will be provided for invited guests attending the Gala Dinner.
