CGIAR will join global leaders, innovators, and partners at the 2025 Borlaug Dialogue, hosted by the World Food Prize Foundation in Des Moines, Iowa, from October 21–23, 2025.
Building on our mission to deliver science and innovation for a food-secure future, CGIAR speakers will contribute research-based insights on soil health, climate resilience, sustainable agriculture and more—highlighting pathways to strengthen food, land, and water systems worldwide.
This year’s Borlaug Dialogue convenes under the theme SOILutions for Security, centering the role of soil as a living system that sustains both people and planet. Rooted in Dr. Borlaug’s legacy, the event aims to create cross-sector collaboration to reimagine how we care for the land and to cultivate solutions that ensure food and nutrition security for generations to come.
