The COP28 Food Systems Declaration recognized the important role of agrifood systems in addressing climate risks and reducing emissions. It calls for better integration of climate actions and development policies. Side-event participants will hear from country representatives about their progress and challenges in advancing the Declaration’s goals, and how foresight and other analysis could address remaining evidence and policy gaps.
